You may not use Simple Schedule:
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with or without notice.
You may cancel your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. We may delete your account and data, though we will provide reasonable notice and opportunity to export your data when possible.
The Simple Schedule platform, including its design, functionality, and underlying technology, is the property of Simple Web. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your organization's volunteer scheduling needs.
Simple Schedule is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Simple Web makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
In no event shall Simple Web be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or relating to your use of Simple Schedule.
We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
